Terms and Conditions

* A signed work order detailing the materials, approved design and projected timeline and a 50% deposit is required before any production work will commence. 

* Photographs of the finished product are provided to the customer, and receipt of the remaining balance will be required prior to shipping your item. 

* The deposit will be fully refunded if your product cannot be completed within the stated timeframe.
